To our friends, supporters, and colleagues:
I am writing today to share an important update about the expansion of our organizational leadership team.
It is with great pride that we are announcing today that Mr. Autry Phillips , the former chief operations officer has accepted the position of Executive Director of Target Area Development Corporation. His primary responsibilities include oversight of day-to-day operations and direct oversight of programs.
These responsibilities come to this fine gentleman as a result of his dedication and superior success orientation over the last 14 years with Target Area Development Corporation.
It has been my pleasure to watch Autry’s management and leadership skills develop over that time.
In addition, Ms. Mecole Jordan, former chief administrative officer is being promoted to Assistant Executive Director of Target Area Development Corporation. She too has proven that she is well qualified to take on the duties of second-in-command to Mr. Phillips. She has served the organization in various management, organizing, and administrative capacities for over 8 years.
Ms. Jordan’s job function includes oversight of the ever-important adminstration and operations of the corporation.

in this new capacity.
