TARGET Area Development Corporation is a regional grassroots social justice organization with offices in Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, and South Africa. 

Our Vision is to provide a problem solving model that builds community capacity in partnership with low-to-moderate income families of color using Research, Organizing, Mobilization, and Education (ROME) strategies.

Our Mission is to work in partnership with low-to-moderate income communities to build community power and capacity to solve stubborn urban problems using research, organizing, mobilization, and education (ROME) strategies.
